Both of them have trees, and are probably root bound, so it wouldn't take a lot of plants to go in to improve them. They are highly visible and I believe they should have been included in the plan. Hopefully the First American Bank will chime in and put up the $$$ to finish the two planters at the corners in front of the Driver Block so the new plantings will be contiguous all the way to the Town Hall. Same for Burlington down to the Church parking lot - both sides of the street. If the estimate for the plants, prep work and planting for the 14 planters being done now is down to $7,500-8,000, . then the balance should be able to be done for a total close to $10K and that side of town would be largely finished.
