Forcing the Village Manager to make a clarification on May 25 in the Landmark that he was not recommending these changes. Matter of fact, I KEEP getting calls from people who were on vacation asking if they can still sign the petition. </p> <p>Trustee Shevitz has shown he is quite adapt at power point presentations.<br /> How come he has not whipped up a list of benefits this change will<br /> represent to the Village or the so called efficiencies that will be gained? </p> <p>This Village is two small for a two party system that is why we have a<br /> causcus.  The Block of Four has  one voice and one brain.  I have yet to see<br /> an independent thought!  Is that what really is best for our small Village?</p> <p>The RCA ran on a platform of change.  They asked people if they wanted a<br /> Village Board who listens to residents and governs accordingly to vote for<br /> them.  I think the question we should all be asking is, does our Village<br /> Board do more than listen?  Do they actually hear?
