(bullseye type thing, in red, IIRC.) They're in the El stations and Union Station too. I've seen them in some paper, maybe Chicago Reader, and also at UIC, since it's a quick trip from Berwyn to UIC (advertising Berwyn as a place to find an apartment.)</p> <p>I'm not sure what else a town facing a budget problem is going to do. Raise taxes, raise fees, cut expenses. There's not much more to it, is there? They are at least acknowledging the problem. People will be pi**ed off for a while, but they'll pay it.
