Board packets are left for all of the trustees and the president at the 911 center, ending a long-standing policy of having police deliver all of the packets to trustees. </p> <p>I do hope that if you - or anyone else here - have other issues that you would like addressed by the Village Board, you'll be kind enough to come to one of our meetings and speak either during the public comment section or during the time that a particular agenda item is discussed. I had to laugh (and I know it's not really funny, and I think the CofC does a great job with this event, so I hope I don't offend Eric Sundstrom here) when I saw that they needed to install a fence, because last year the residents of the apartment building on East came out and helped themselves to beer. </p> <p>Maybe there's a correlation between the state of the economy and the amount of beer stolen from civic functions... </p>
