What contract? Or is that a report on the subject of Consulting Contracts? I guess we will have to wait and see. Thenat the end of the regular meeting: "X. Adjournment (Executive Session if necessary) " I thought you had to notify the public if you are having an Exec session, and define for what purpose you are having it. This seems to get around that.
