...I have heard that the Riverside Board of Trustees has been enlightened. Thanks to an evening with Olmsted, the Village Board now has a new plan.

I believe this plan will be unique and creative, surely a popular decision with the townfolk...

...in fact, I am urging Trustee Shields, emphatically, to follow through on this one...

...if anyone has a hardhat, put it on NOW...

...I have heard, that our Village wants to preserve Riverside and the tenets of Olmsted.

    ...now here's the best part...

...using a Jedi-Voodoo-mind trick, our Village Board wants us to believe they will achieve this by enacting thier very own TIF...

...ha ha, very funny Dr. Jones...

    ...these guys crack me up.

    Hardhat...good one.

A NEW WRITE-IN CANDIDATE HAS OFFERED HIMSELF FOR THE JOB! A perfect candidate, with all the right qualifications, and looks the part too,

    NAME: "Feathers" McGraw
HOME: Temporary lodger with Wallace and Gromit. Finds permanent accommodation at the Zoo!
    FAVOURITE FOOD: Fish, fish, fish
FAVOURITE MUSIC: Organ music played very loud (or is it just a cover?)
SKILLS: Master of disguise. Master criminal
PERSONALITY: Scheming, determined and manipulative. Quiet and very clever but he's never what he seems

The penguin was a challenge, he has no really deep expressions. He hasn't got a mouth as such or eyebrows, he's got a very bland face. But it actually worked out to be quite useful ... he's quite a devious, thoughtful character in the film. The way that he moves, the way that he walks is just as important for his expression as Gromit's eyebrows are for him.
We decided that he should walk as smoothly as possible with his arms down by his side with no expression. Although he's not giving anything away, you know there's something going on inside."

I was always against putting this question to a vote. The people elected me, and now I make the decision. This election is meaningless.
