    I gather the Arcade owners just went in for a building permit. Apparently they first have to visit the Preservation Commission.

    I had pointed out to the Village the broken windows in the upper area, hence the discussion.

    If they are in for permits I hope they do a first class RESTORATION as they said they were going to do, and I applaud and support them for it.

    Maybe Aberdeen could arrange for the owners to see the historical preservation incentives that could be available to them. We should close the loop on this. Aberdeen, do you want to write them a letter or shall I, citing your research?

    Perhaps you are already on the Preservation Commission and will convey it to them then.
