    The building that houses Coveny Lane is for sale? I presume Coveny Lane rents it. Does anyone have any information on who owns it and if there is any particular reason why it is for sale now?

    Coveny Lane the business is for sale not the building. The Building was owned by Mid America. I assume National City owns it now.

    I heard it the other way around. Coveny Lane , the business, is NOT for sale...but the building is.

    newriversider, you are correct. National City is putting up both of its buildings for sale.Coveny Lane plans on staying.

    National City is putting up both of its buildings for sale

    Can one conclude from this that Nat'l City bank is leaving Riverside?

    In conversation with the Chamber president I learned of the two buildings being put up for sale. There was no mention of the bank leaving Riverside. However if both buildings are sold one could assume they are leaving, but experience has taught me not to assume anything.
