What do you mean multiply by 1.2?

Isn't a teachers salary simply their salary and they get to choose 12 or 9(10?) pay periods...and then the pay is distributed across their frequency choice?

Or is there another angle here?

Teachers do not work a full year. It does not matter the pay frequency it is the equivalent salary if they had to work a full year.

No matter how often you get paid each year you still get the same amount of money.

If a teacher works 10 months a year and gets paid 100k that means he gets paid 10k a month.

So that means he gets 10/12 the pay of someone earning 120k but only works 10/12 of the year.

The laws of libel differ by state, and in Illinois there is a political discourse exception to them. I take it you are objecting to anyone referring to those two as in any way dynamic.

If you think you are going to bully people into silence with veiled threats, you will soon find your school pals out on their behinds, never mind their compensation.
