All are invited to Township Hall on Tuesday May 22 at 7pm for the first of three free lectures for the 2007 calendar year presented by the FLOS of Riverside. The theme for this year's series is entitled:
"Modern Materials: Planning for the Future"
The lecture series will feature prominent Chicago area architects and planners who will offer insights into plans and materials...past, present and future...and the impact on our own Olmsted design for Riverside.
Tuesday's lecture will feature Chicago Architect and Engineer Patrick Loughran, LEED certified architect and recipient of the 2000 Young Architect Award from the American Institute of Architects. Patrick will discuss modern materials, problems and solutions, and the impact on design and construction in the 21st century.
