FYI: we are aware of the problem with the post "freshness" and "last poster" not being properly updated. We're working on it. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

First problem resolved: the server is in PA and we are in Chicago, so the times were off by an hour right off the bat. Still working on the difference in display when you visit this page:

The second link actually reflects the proper times and has the lastest posts. Not sure right now why the first one stopped working.

The issue appears to be resolved. Please let us know if the post count, last poster and freshness appear to be inaccurate in the future on any of the pages.

Since some things were moved around today, a lot of the cached copies of the forum on your computer will have old information. Please close and restart the browser and start off fresh with this page: http://www.riversideinfo.org/forum/

Tried the fix but I continue to have problems. It is isolated to one thread. My last post in the "TIF's Hidden Costs" thread is not showing up as the last post. In addition, I caught a typo in one of my formulas in that post and would like to correct it but the "Edit" link does not appear. Not sure if the two problems are related. Thanks in advance for your help.

The edit function for a previous post is available for three hours since the time you first submitted the reply. You can use the "contact us" link to send me the link to the article and the correction and I will fix it.
Regarding the TIF Hidden Costs: Thank you for identifying that. Your post was flagged as spam by the software. It is visible now.
I think all the issues are non-issues at this point. Please email the revision you would like on the formula typo and I will fix it if possible.

I modified the layout a bit today (sorry if I messed some of you up) so if things look odd, close the browser and restart, or clear the cache if necessary. The Hot Tags should appear on the left of the discussion now, instead of on top. I don't think there should be any other visible changes. And one more change. You can now choose to have an email sent when there's a reply to a thread you've marked as a favorite. Once you are logged in, just click "View your profile" next to your name near the top, then, once there, click the [ Edit ] tab, and about half way down there is a "Post Notification" section. Just check the box there and then the button at the bottom that says [ Update Profile ]. You will then be emailed whenever a reply is made on a thread you've marked as a favorite.
To mark a thread as a favorite and therefore "watch" it (and now receive email notification of replies), just click "Add this topic to your favorites" above the discussion.
