WOW. How insane is that? I often think how unfortunate it is that so much commercial property in Riverside has such poor ownership and stewardship.
It was never clear in the tax break discussion whether any tax break could run to tenants. They ran to owners, developers, and owner/operators, certainly. One would expect a trickle-down effect though.
