Addressing the problem of the Arcade is far more pressing than going ahead with the demolition and construction of the Burlington lot. Why don't we try and swap that property for the Arcade with the Bank? Or Northgate Court? Spring is coming and we need to get moving on this, it must not sit like it is through another winter. If he Village swapped for it and owned it, then perhaps we could get some company like Home Depot or Loews (or anybody) to sponsor a rehab - and perhaps some of our local contractors would offer services now and get stock in it. I mean, it has to be done this summer and it can't go too high in cost or it won't be rentable.

Saw three guys outside Arcade today, looking distinctly like salesman and prospective buyer. Too bad no train, could not stay and eavesdrop. Later, they were being shown 'downtown' Riverside.

Hope they didn't notice the power was out, again, south of tracks.

Did anyone find out what caused this electric outage today? Construction somewhere, demolition?
