Actually, in this thread, post 4885, Oakbrook is mentioned specifically as a good opportunity for Ms. Rush, and they are offering Salary $135,000 - $140,000, which is more than her position here. I imagine there are perks that go along with that position as well. Same number or residents but a totally different dynamic. Much larger tax base to be sure, more traffic, more people, hotels, highways, etc.

A Riverside Village Manager should be able to 'get Riverside', as in understand what distinguishes it from other places.
