As predicted, the Village Board will hold a Comm. of the Whole (COW) meeting (where there is no public input) and immediately after a "Regular Meeting" where votes are taken and resolutions passed and public comment occurs at the end. Concerned citizens should attend both meetings and fill out the form to speak if you care to comment or ask questions.
