Look at Harlem and Ogden harder - for economic development: IDEAS?

    If I remember correctly, doesn't a newly purchased property already come with a fresh depreciation schedule; is it not substanial per annum? And do they not get deductions for empty shops? This is what the former owner claimed anyway. But certainly, not as cheap as the other.

    As I said though, the owners came in for building permit; timely coincidence as I had just complained of their code violations, from which we could have collected $500 per day had they kept it up.

    $3 million: overpaid? Yet this other property under discussion would seem to have more profit potential and is 1.125 million.
