Does everyone else who subscribes to Riverside eflash get notification of Board meetings? I don't see that I get any, including of Special Meetings.
Secondly, are the notices of Special Meetings posted on the doors of Township Hall, where they are visible over the weekend, or are they within in the glass cabinets?
(I know the only way I know about them is when Spatny announces them here!)

I have not been notified about board meetings thru newsflash. I got retailing 123 and Olmsted evening, but no board meeting.
Is there a switch I need to throw? I thought I had asked for all communications.
Precisely. I have signed up multiple times to make sure I had requested Board meetings, but still nothing. I will write to the Webmaster.
So it doesn't get lost, I am still wanting to know whether notices of Special Meetings are affixed to the doors of Township Hall when they are announced on Friday and held on Monday. Anybody know?

Thanks Spatny. Has anyone ever seen the Notice and Agenda of a Special Meeting posted on the Township Hall doors so as to be visible to the public on the weekend before a Special Meeting? Or, has anyone noticed that they were NOT posted there when a Special Meeting was scheduled on a Friday for a Monday?
No one I have talked to has seen that phenomenon. Nick said only cancellation notices.
OK Spatny, thanks. I submitted a comment to the Village website that none of these notices of board meetings were going out on E-Flash.
Let me know the next time there is a "Special" meeting and I will check this out for myself to confirm.
It is my present understanding that the village government is seeking permission from the township to post notices of special meetings on the town hall doors over the weekend when announced on Fri for Mon. Otherwise, the notice will go out on Thursday. (I think that would be even better.) In either event, this is a good effort by the village government.
Apparently the village website does not have the present ability to send eflashes of the board meeting, etc., and that option will therefore be removed from the eflash menu.
I checked in the library this morning and there was nothing there.
What were you looking for at the library?
