See today's news.
Home values continue downward churn
March home prices in the Chicago area and nationally sank to lows not seen since the housing bubble burst, and the widely watched S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index officially labeled it a double dip in home values.
Berrios took your fictitious increase -- tho somehow you must still pay real dollars for it - and gave your real money to his daughter. It's OK - we're all family in Cook County, so it is a gift. :)

The appeal deadline for Riverside Township is Monday June 13. I thought the township assessor was having a workshop soon. Maybe on the township or village website? I thought there was an e-flash too.

The workshop is tonight at 7PM
