The new firm seems to be well-qualified. That said, Krone's firm seemed pretty capable as well.
I don't want (in the words of Mr. Gorman) to beat a dead horse here, but the cost issue still baffles me. We hire a Firm that charges more, and we're told it will save us money, but nobody explains how. If Gorman or Scalera said that the new firm will bill less hours, great--that's an explanation. But they haven't. There's been no explanation at all--just a statement from Gorman with no facts or figures to back it up.
