She didn't sound good in the first clip. Thats what I based my assumption on. One should never assume. Anyway the LAC is activley seeking new members for the committee with a intent that one if not two be Landscape architects. Those remaining on the committee are very serious about getting things going. We have another meeting tomorrow night.
It looked to me like the rump LAC made good progress toward selecting the plants for the CBD and getting that project rolling. Also thanks to the Olmsted Society for their generous offer to fund the expert landscape architect who will help. That's good for all concerned and will surely help the Village image. When the call goes out for volunteers to help with this I hope everyone who loves this place will pitch in. And that the DPW will get enough funding to make sure there is enough seasonal help to maintain this abor of love.
That was good of the Olmsted society. I hope the consultant is the lady who works with Milennium Park. They are a model of mixing natives with cultivars and it is to be hoped everyone will be well satisfied with that common ground.
