In the draft redevelopment plan, Exhibit A around page 48 is entitled "Housing Stock within the Downtown Area" with PINs and addresses. That appears to be all residential addresses. Is there a similar list of business addresses and PINs, or are all the properties within the proposed TIF listed here?
I ask because I wonder what the change in EAV is over the last 5 years of residential vs. business. I would like to compare the change in EAV of the business stock to the housing stock. Maybe there is a list of PINs somewhere in the document and I just missed it. The scanned PDF is hard to read sometimes.
