Looks like our tax rate is going to have to go up.
Here's the link for the Case-Schiller graph - based on ten and twenty markets. This is through last year. It is now well above 30% nationwide average. Riverside seems to be holding value better than Cicero and some other nearby places.

Value loss nationwide is in the trillions...
I thought our assessments were triennial? [I did not read the article.]
Normally so, but they acted sooner because of large drops in value.
