Whoever she may be, she will find no profit in implying that 80% of the voters are Riverside are too stupid to decide between government propaganda and the facts and their implications we presented, and that they are the deluded victims of mass hysteria.
I also noted that she neither put up nor shut up, as she suggested others do, except to try to trot out the defeated TIF again. Perhaps she wants not to have to drive to Naperville to find Naperville.
As to efforts to improve the CBD, I am finding efforts to improve the landscaping have historically been thwarted at many turns, including a plan put forth two or three years ago by the favored EDC. I hope I will not continue to find that the case.
Sometimes I think some, not all, people in the administration want it to look like a dump so that they can implement government fueled urban planning.
