The results of Workshop IV Session 1 revealed that many of still lack a clear understanding of the TIF Redevelopment Plan, and that the impact on our schools is of highest concern.
NEXT STEPS:
District 96 has offered to hold a separate session on the TIF impact, which we should all attend.
And, the Board should incorporate the Workshop input on updating the Vision, Goals, and Opportunities (Projects), and CDB redevelopment plan (from Workshop III Futures Preferences) into the TIF proposal.
Tuesday evening will be the last workshop, so please plan to attend.
