Time to end ban on Picnics in Riverside

    Does anyone know when the last citation for picnicking in Riverside parks was issued?

    If I eat a Vito sandwich from Jimmy Johns when sitting in the bleachers while my son plays baseball at Indian Gardens, does that constitute a picnic?

    Can one picnic alone?
