Thank you, Major General Scully, for your very long service to our nation. It was a huge sacrifice for you and your family. You are a great American.

John Scully is the embodiment of a citizen-soldier, and a committed, activist citizen at that. If anyone exceeds his "commitment to community and country," I have not met them. Congratulations, General, and thank you for all of your acts of service to Riverside, the region and our country.
