Village's Tax referendum question - did they LIE to us ?

    They are all required to take minutes. The village board is supposed to "accept" them and then they are filed for public consumption. I believe the state has requirements as to how timely they must be made available to the public. Maybe someone can check. However, if they are available in a public place, such as the library, the village would not be remiss in not posting them online.
