I like Mr Zimmer's spunk and can-do spirit. Riverside's difficult traffic says no (but then he is written up in Chicago magazine); Arcade says go (and then other towns invite him to put a stake down); the VC wants Clark street rents, and Mr Zimmer settles on the south side of the tracks, improving Burlington by his mere ideas to get it done.
