   It looks like shevitz is not being sworn in with the other three new board members in the sine die meeting held right b4 the regular meeting. Either this is protocol or he cannot attend the sine die meeting. Then in the regular meeting next up on 5-4 he will be sworn in. He will obviously be in attendance in this one.

   He is traveling and will arrive later, and didn't want to hold up the rest. I too thought it was odd so I asked him.

   Mark will be sworn in during the regular meeting, unfortunately after a lot of palaver. Thanks be, the COW was cancelled.
