Just how I am feeling now.

But I saw some some good things like Jim Reynolds saying rational things about the market. It is refreshing to hear about market forces every once in a while. But I came late.

Maybe it is all the noise I keep hearing about done deals already that makes me feel viscerally the beginning of the end of the Riverside that I love - distinctive, charming, quaint, tranquil.

Mike - I think you should be of good cheer. It was evident last night that public sentiment was for a total rethink. I guess there will be an EDC-led session next, then the Olmsted one. So we have to keep talking to people and explaining how this thing is just premature, too few established facts, no convincing need for any parking garage, etc. Hang in there.
