NIU Riverside Survey 2005

646 Riverside residents took part in a survey conducted by NIU in 2005. This document has been cited as one of the reasons to for the proposed TIF. You can read the full thirty-five page survey here (PDF.)
Unfortunately no mention was made of the TIF for this survey so no matter how it was answered the result is skewed. It’s hard to not answer in the affirmative for improvemewnts if you don’t know the consequences and the ultimate costs involved.
