Resolution 62

Village Trustees approved Resolution 62 at a special meeting on September 6, 2006. It gives the owner of the Arcade Building the right to ask the Village for reimbursements in the future for improvements made now. It states, “in order to redevelop the Site [Arcade bldg], it may be necessary to undertake certain improvements, some of which may be public improvements, and to pay certain site preparation and related costs.” Read the full Resolution 62 here.
